五年制高职现代学徒制培养模式实践研究——以江苏联合职业技术学院苏州分院鱼跃医疗现代学徒班为例

Practice Research on the Training Mode of Modern Apprenticeship in Five-year Higher Vocational Edu-cation:Taking the Yuwell Modern Apprentice Class of the Suzhou Branch of Jiangsu Union Technical Institute as an Example

现代学徒制是深化产教融合、校企合作,创新技术技能人才培养的模式。文章以江苏联合职业技术学院苏州分院五年制高职智能医疗装备技术专业现代学徒制培养模式为探究对象,从江苏鱼跃医疗学徒班实践背景出发分析开展现代学徒制的现实意义,并结合五年制高职教育与现代学徒制特点提出人才培养模式构建思路,最后从人才培养途径、课程教学体系、融合实践基地和打造教学团队等方面论述与江苏鱼跃医疗苏州公司开展现代学徒班人才培养的实践路径。

Modern apprenticeship is a model for deepening the integration of production and education,school-enterprise cooperation,and innovating the cultivation of technical and skilled talents.Taking the modern appren-ticeship training mode of the five-year higher vocational intelligent medical equipment technology major of the Suzhou Branch of Jiangsu Union Technical Institute as the research object,this study analyzes the practical sig-nificance of carrying out modern apprenticeship from the practical background of the Yuwell Apprentice Class,puts forward the idea of constructing the talent training model combining the characteristics of five-year higher vo-cational education and modern apprenticeship,and finally discusses the practical path of the Suzhou company of the Yuwell Group to carry out the talent cultivation based on modern apprenticeship from the aspects of talent training methods,curriculum teaching system,integrated practice base and teaching team building.
