新职业教育法背景下会计专业顶岗实习协同育人模式研究

摘要 结合新修订的《中华人民共和国职业教育法》和会计专业实习岗位的特殊性,审视当前职业院校会计专业顶岗实习存在的问题,选择会计专业顶岗实习协同育人模式,建设会计专业顶岗实习保障机制,促进企业深度参与职业教育,提高职业院校会计专业顶岗实习人才培养质量。 Combined with the newly revised Vocational Education Law of the People’s Republic of China and the particularity of the on-post practice of the accounting major,the problems existing in the on-post practice of the accounting major in vocational colleges at present are examined,and the cooperative education model of on-post practice for the accounting major is selected,and the guarantee mechanism for the on-post practice of the ac-counting major is constructed,in order to promote the deep participation of enterprises in vocational education,and improve the quality of talent training through on-post practice in the accounting major of vocational colleges.
