高职工业互联网专业“岗课赛证”融合模式研究与实践

Research and Practice of“Post-Curriculum-Competition-Certificate”Integration Mode in the Indus-trial Internet Specialty of Higher V ocational Education

工业互联网是第四次工业革命的重要基石,迫切需要具有新一代信息技术,懂工业和制造的高技能人才。“岗课赛证”融合是深化职业教育改革、创新人才培养的新模式,与工业互联网的互联、融合、共享、智能的特点相符。该文分析了工业互联网的人才需求和模式,阐述“岗课赛证”融合模式现状,构建了工业互联网专业“岗课赛证”融合模式,提出了实施路径。该模式在重庆电子工程职业学院实施验证,取得了较好的效果,为工业互联网专业人才培养提供了借鉴。

Industrial internet is the major cornerstone of the fourth industrial revolution.Industrial internet needs highly skilled personnel who have new generation of information technology and know industrial manufacturing.“Post-curriculum-competition-certificate”integration is the new mode of deepening vocational education reform and cultivating of innovative talents.The characteristics of Industrial internet include interconnection,integration,sharing,and intelligence.It conforms to the mode.This paper analyzes the request and mode of industrial internet talent training.It states the present situation of“post-curriculum-competition-certificate”integration mode,builds the mode of industrial internet specialty,gives the approach of the mode.The mode is verified in Chongq-ing College of Electronic Engineering.Good effect has been achieved and the reference is provided for the talent training of the industrial internet specialty.
