摘要
为了解不同水平体力活动对老年男性健康体适能的影响,采用以芜湖市200名60-69岁的老年男性为调查和测试对象,调查其体力活动水平和健康体适能状况的方法。得到以下结果:1)在200名老年男性中,高体力活动者58人(占29%),中体力活动者91人(占45.5%),低体力活动者51人(占25.5%)。2)不同年龄段老年男性的MET值存在显著差异,高龄组的MET值为2445.49±1236.13,低龄组MET值为2823.63±1261.98,高龄组显著低于低龄组(p<0.05);不同身高、体重、职业人群的MET值不存在显著差异(P>0.05)。3)不同年龄段老年男性健康体适能存在显著差异;低、高年龄组老年男性坐站起(次/30s)平均值分别为22.01次和20.40次,优于参考标准,手臂卷起(手持8磅哑铃,次/30s)平均值分别为19.79次和18.21次,稍高于参考标准;低、高年龄组老年男性原地踏步(2min)平均值分别为101.95次和98.30次,低于参考标准,闭目单足站立的平均值分别为5.54s和3.95s,稍低于参考标准。认为老年男性体力活动总体以中水平为主;体力活动总量主要受年龄影响,随年龄增长活动总量下降。老年男性低年龄组健康体适能各指标均优于高年龄组;老年男性健康体适能与参考标准比较,上、下肢肌肉力量保持较好,但耐力和平衡能力略显不足。老年男性体力活动水平对健康体适能影响显著,中、高水平体力活动可以提高上下肢肌力、上下肢柔韧、平衡能力以及有氧耐力。
In order to investigate the effects of different levels of physical activity on health-related physical fitness(HRPF)of elderly men.200 elderly men were tested to investigate their physical activity level and HRPF status of aged 60 to 69 in Wuhu.The results are as follows:1)Among 200 elderly men,58(29%)were highly physically active,91(45.5%)were moderately physically active,and 51(25.5%)were lowly physically active;2)The MET of elderly men in different age groups was significantly different.The MET of the elderly group was2445.49±1236.13,and the MET of the younger group was 2823.63±1261.98,which was significantly lower than that of the younger group(P0.05).There was no significant difference in MET of different height,body weight and occupation(P 0.05);3)There were significant differences in health and physical fitness of elderly men at different ages;The average values of sitting and standing up(times/30 s)in low and high age groups were 22.01times and 20.40 times,respectively,which were better than the reference standard.The average values of arm roll(holding 8 pounds of dumbbell,times/30 s)were 19.79 times and 18.21 times,respectively,which were slightly higher than the reference standard.The mean time of standing on the spot(2 min)was 101.95 and 98.30times in the low and high age groups,respectively,lower than the reference standard.The mean time of standing on one foot with eyes closed was 5.54 s and 3.95 s,respectively,slightly lower than the reference standard.The physical activity level of elderly men is mainly moderate intensity;The level of physical activity was mainly affected by age and decreased with age.The HRPF indexes of the lower age group were better than those of the higher age group.Compared with the reference standard,the physical fitness status of elderly men showed that the upper and lower limb muscle strength of elderly men of all ages was better,but the endurance and balance ability were slightly inadequate.The difference of physical activity level has significant influence on HRPF indexes of elderly men in community.Medium and high level physical activity can improve muscle strength,flexibility,balance ability and aerobic endurance of upper and lower limbs.
