厨余垃圾处理模式实证分析——以重庆市涪陵区为例 被引量:1

摘要 科学处理厨余垃圾,能够促进厨余垃圾的无害化与资源化。重庆市涪陵区属丘陵地区,道路崎岖,农村各场镇离城区较远,其厨余垃圾现行处理模式中存在厨余垃圾资源化利用率不高、分类处理不彻底、焚烧处理运输成本高等问题。采用“分类处理+集中处理+分布式处理”模式,即餐厨垃圾与易腐垃圾分类处理,所有餐厨垃圾与城区易腐垃圾采用高温厌氧消化集中处理、场镇易腐垃圾采用好氧生化机分布式处理,能够提高厨余垃圾资源化利用率、大幅减少厨余垃圾的处理费用,对丘陵地区厨余垃圾处理具有十分重要的借鉴意义。 Scientific disposal of kitchen waste can promote the harmless and resource utilization of kitchen waste.Fuling District,Chongqing City is a hilly area with rugged roads,and the rural towns are far from the city.In the current treatment mode of kitchen waste,there are some problems:low utilization rate of kitchen waste resources,incomplete classification and disposal,and high transportation cost of incineration.The study adopts“classification and disposal+centralized treatment+distributed treatment”mode,i.e.the kitchen waste and perishable waste are treated by classification,and all kitchen waste and urban perishable waste are treated by high-temperature anaerobic digestion,and the distributed treatment of perishable waste in towns and cities is carried out by aerobic biochemistry.This can improve the utilization rate of kitchen waste resources and greatly reduce the cost of kitchen waste treatment,which has very important reference significance for the treatment of kitchen waste in hilly areas.
