居住安排对成功老龄化的影响

Influence of Habitation Arrangement on Successful Ageing

随着人口老龄化趋势的不断加剧,社会对老龄化的认知逐渐由消极向积极转变,健康老龄化、积极老龄化以及成功老龄化等理念逐渐流行。为探究不同居住安排与老年人实现成功老龄化之间的相关性,对CLHLS 2018数据中的8169例样本进行分析发现:我国老年人在主客观维度均实现成功老龄化的比例仅为4.0%,其总体成功老龄化率有待提高。除情绪健康状况外,老年人的居住安排与成功老龄化类型及其他各指标显著相关。与配偶、子女孙辈等同住的老年人实现客观维度成功老龄化的可能性高于仅与配偶同住、仅与子女孙辈同住的老年人。应鼓励老年人与配偶和子女孙辈三代同住,关注仅与部分家人同住的老年人客观维度的健康情况,对独居或在机构养老的老年人除要关心他们的客观身体状况,还需格外关注他们的主观幸福感水平。

With the continuous increase of population ageing,ageing concept has gradually changed from passive to positive.Health ageing,positive ageing,and successful ageing has gradually been popular.In order to explore the correlation between habitation arrangement and the realization of successful ageing,the study analyzes 8169 samples in CLHLS2018 data.It is found that the proportion of the successful ageing in both objective and subjective dimensions is only 4.0%,and the successful ageing needs to be improved.Except the emotional health situation,there is significant difference of habitation arrangement of the elderly,and successful ageing and other indexes.In the objective dimension,the possibility of the successful ageing of the elderly living with their spouses,children and grandchildren is higher than those only living with spouses,children or grandchildren.It is necessary to encourage the cohabitation of the elderly,spouses,children and grandchildren,pay attention to the health situation of the objective dimension of the elderly who only live with parts of their family members,and pay attention to the subjective happiness level of the elderly who live alone or live in the elderly care institutions except for the attention to their objective physical situation.
