运用Access软件建立老年人体检数据库,设计体检报告版面,利用函数实现体检原数据自动分类评价和健康指导,并与其他体检系统进行比较。结果表明,与传统的人工录入和审核相比,该技术应用无需对体检结果的评价和指导进行手工编辑,使受检对象获取体检报告的时间缩短了30天。与自购体检系统相比,该技术应用支持批量打印,降低了体检报告生成的人力和时间成本,节约了研发投入,提高了工作效率,具有较大的推广可行性。

The Access software is used to establish the physical examination database of the elderly,the layout of the physical examination report is designed,the function is used to realize the automatic classification evaluation and health guidance of the original physical examination data,and the comparison is made with other physical examination systems.The results show that compared with the traditional manual input and review,the application of this technology does not need to manually edit the evaluation and guidance of the physical examination results,and the time for the subject to obtain the physical examination report is shortened by 30 days.Compared with self-purchase physical examination system,the application of this technology supports batch printing,reduces the labor and time cost of generating physical examination report,saves research and development investment,and improves work efficiency.So it is worth greater popularization.
