随着人口平均寿命的增长和家庭结构的缩小,传统的居家养老方式难以适应当前的社会发展状况,新型智慧养老服务模式应运而生。沈阳市在建设智慧社区养老服务体系过程中,提出“惠民、善政、兴业”的目标,在推动社会资源和信息交流的同时,也出现了老年群体对智慧养老服务信任度不高、智慧养老服务供需不平衡以及服务人员专业化水平有待提高等问题。在互联网大数据背景下,加大智慧养老服务宣传力度,提供以需求为导向的精准智慧养老服务以及高质量的智慧养老服务,能够有效促进智慧养老服务业的长效可持续发展。

With the increase of the average life span of the population and the shrinkage of the family structure,traditional home-based care is difficult to adapt to the current social development situation,so the new smart care service model emerges.In the process of building the intelligent community elderly care service system,Shenyang City proposes the goal of“benefiting the people,good governance and developing business”.The system promotes the communication of social resources and information.There are some problems,i.e.the elderly population has low trust in the smart elderly care service,the supply and demand of smart elderly care service is unbalanced,and the professional level of service personnel needs to be improved.Under the background of internet big data,increasing the publicity of smart elderly care services,and providing demand-oriented precise intelligent elderly care services and high-quality smart elderly care services can effectively promote the long-term sustainable development of smart elderly care services.
