基于解释结构模型的高校毕业生就业质量影响因素分析

Analysis of the Influencing Factors of Employment Quality of College Graduates Based on Interpretative Structural Modeling

高校毕业生的就业问题是政府、高校、企业等共同关切的民生问题,深入研究并解决高校毕业生就业问题对于实现毕业生高质量充分就业和促进经济社会高质量发展具有十分重要的意义。对2020—2022届毕业生就业情况进行问卷调查后,应用解释结构模型分析可知,企业环境、经济增长水平、政府就业政策、薪资待遇是影响高校毕业生就业的主要因素。为提高毕业生的综合素质和就业质量,应不断提高高校的教学质量、完善就业相关体制机制、建立内部协调发展机制等。

The employment of college graduates is a livelihood issue of common concern to the government,universities,and enterprises,etc.It is of great significance to deeply study and solve the problems of the employment of college graduates in order to realize the high quality and full employment of graduates,and promote high quality development of economic society.The study does questionnaire survey on the employment situation from 2020 to 2022,and conducts Interpretative Structural Modeling.It is found that enterprise environment,economic increasing level,government employment policy,and salary are the main influencing factors of the employment of college graduates.It is suggested to continuously improve teaching quality of colleges and universities,perfect related employment mechanism and system,and establish internal harmonious development mechanism,etc.in order to improve the comprehensive and employment quality of college graduates.
