学生成长需求视角下高校辅导员的工作现状

Research on the Current Situation of College Counselors’Work from the Perspective of Students’Growth Needs

高校辅导员是大学生日常生活的管理者与思想教育的引领者,在引导大学生建立正确价值观、走上正确人生道路上发挥着重要作用。为调查学生成长需求视角下高校辅导员的工作效果,以调查问卷的方式收集数据并进行整理分析,发现高校辅导员在日常生活管理、思想引导、心理咨询、职业规划4个层面的工作中取得了良好的效果,能够满足学生的成长需求,但在专业的心理辅导和对学生的个性化培养方面仍有进步空间。通过建立高校辅导员专业化培养体系、明确高校辅导员自身职责、推动辅导员积极帮助学生明确学习目标能够不断提高高校辅导员的工作水平,进一步满足学生的成长需要。

College counselors are the managers of college students’daily life and the leaders of ideological education,and play an important role in guiding college students to establish correct values and walk on the right road of life.In order to investigate the working effect of college counselors from the perspective of students’growth needs,data are collected and analyzed by means of questionnaire.It is found that college counselors have achieved good effect in daily life management,ideological guidance,psychological counselor and career planning.They can satisfy the development demands of students,but they need to improve professional psychological guidance and the individual training of students.By establishing a professional training system for college counselors,clarifying their own responsibilities and promoting college counselors to actively help students to clarify their learning goals,the work level of college counselors can be constantly improved,and students’growth needs can be further satisfied.
