深化细节护理在结直肠癌术后永久造口患者中的应用

Application of Deepening Detail Nursing in Patients with Colorectal Cancer after Permanent Stoma Surgery

目的:探讨深化细节护理在结直肠癌术后永久造口患者中的应用效果。方法:将2020年9月1日~2021年9月30日收治的90例结直肠癌术后永久造口患者随机分为实验组和对照组各45例,对照组采用常规护理,实验组采用深化细节护理。比较两组自我管理效能[采用造口患者自我效能量表(SSES)]、病耻感水平[采用社会影响量表(SIS)]、生存质量[采用癌症患者生存质量评价量表(EORTC-QLQ-C30)]。结果:干预后,实验组SSES各项评分及总分均高于对照组(P<0.01);干预后,实验组社会排斥、社会隔离、经济歧视、内在耻感评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);干预后,实验组EORTC-QLQ-C30各项目评分均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:深化细节护理可提高结直肠癌术后永久造口患者生存质量,降低病耻感,提高自我管理效能水平。

Objective:To explore the effect of deepening detail nursing in patients with permanent stoma after colorectal cancer surgery.Methods:A total of 90 patients with permanent colostomy after colorectal cancer surgery admitted from September 1,2020 to September 30,2021 were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group with 45 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the experimental group was given deepening detailed nursing.The self-management efficiency by colostomy patients self-efficacy scale(SSES),disease shame level by the social impact scale(SIS),quality of life by cancer patients life quality evaluation scale(EORTC-QLQ-C30)were compared between the two groups.Results:After intervention,the SSES scores abd total scores in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.01).After intervention,the scores of social exclusion,social isolation,economic discrimination and internal shame in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The EORTC-QLQ-C30 scores in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In order to improve the quality of life in patients with permanent colostomy after colorectal cancer surgery,deepening detail nursing can be applied.The application of this nursing scheme can reduce the shame of patients,improve the level of self-management efficiency of patients,and ensure the quality of life of patients.
