可移动道路桥梁裂缝检测装置诊断改进研究

摘要 混凝土裂缝模型及其本构关系的研究已深入开展,成绩斐然,但将能量法应用于裂缝演化过程的研究仍处于起步阶段,桥梁结构损伤诊断方法以模态特性方面的研究较为丰富,并已取得阶段性的成果,可以很好的识别损伤的发生与损伤位置,然而对损伤后桥梁结构的非线性特性考虑不足,且识别敏感性与抗噪性不良。结合对国内外研究现状与发展趋势的分析与理解,认为发挥信息熵理论、模态特性分析方法的各自特点,可突破传统基于应力场分析裂缝扩展机理与动力参数诊断损伤的束缚。通过对裂缝诊断装置改进设计,提出一种可移动道路桥梁裂缝检测装置,通过驱动机构、清理机构、破泥机构之间的相互配合,从而对裂缝中尘土或硬化泥土进行清理,方便后续的检测工作,得到精确的裂缝检测信息。 The research on concrete crack models and their constitutive relationships has been carried out in depth and achieved remarkable results.However,the application of energy method to the evolution process of cracks is still in the initial stage.The research on modal characteristics of bridge structural damage diagnosis methods is relatively rich,and phased results have been achieved,which can effectively identify the occurrence and location of damage.However,insufficient consideration has been given to the nonlinear characteristics of bridge structures after damage,And the recognition sensitivity and noise resistance are poor.Based on the analysis and understanding of the research status and development trend at home and abroad,it is considered that the combination of the characteristics of information entropy theory and modal characteristics analysis method can break the shackles of traditional crack growth mechanism analysis based on stress field and damage diagnosis based on dynamic parameters.By improving the design of the crack diagnosis device,a movable road and bridge crack detection device is proposed.Through the mutual cooperation between the driving mechanism,cleaning mechanism,and mud breaking mechanism,the dust or hardened soil in the crack is cleaned,facilitating subsequent detection work and obtaining accurate crack detection information.
