运动生理学融入思政元素的教学设计

Teaching Design of the Integration of Ideological and Political Elements into Exercise Physiology

在党的二十大精神指引下,为落实立德树人的根本任务,拟开展运动生理学课程思政教学设计研究。该文先简要总结前人研究成果,再对运动生理学学科特点进行分析,从学科知识点和学生的实际出发,将热爱生命、爱国爱民、遵纪守法、心理健康、知行合一、科学思维、追求卓越、文化自信等思政元素巧妙地融入教学设计中,以达到思政教学、立德树人的目的。

Under the guidance of the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,in order to implement the fundamental task of fostering virtue through education,the research on the teaching design of Exercise Physiology on the ideological and political dimension is planned to be carried out.This paper first briefly summarizes previous research results,and then through the analysis of the characteristics of Exercise Physiology,starting from the knowledge points of the subject and the actual situation of students,cleverly integrates ideological and political elements such as the love of life,love of the country and the people,abidance by discipline and law,mental health,integration of knowledge and practice,scientific thinking,pursuit of excellence,and cultural confidence into the teaching design,in order to achieve the purpose of teaching from the ideological and political dimension and fostering virtue through education.
