摘要
拓展训练以“先行后知”的体验式学习方式让学生在愉快、积极参与的同时,学到知识、领悟道理,完全符合《体育与健康课程标准(2022年版)》体育与健康课程的核心素养内涵。拓展训练虽然已从国外引入国内多年,在社会企业培训和高校课程中已经广泛开展,但在初中体育课程中并未全面引入。该文对拓展训练在学校体育中的应用实践进行研究和分析,探索拓展训练在中学体育课程全面开设的可行性和实践路径,希望为相关工作者提供一些理论借鉴和帮助。
Outward-bound training,with its experiential learning method of"first practice then knowledge",enables students to learn knowledge and understand the truth through enjoyable and active participation,which is fully in line with the connotation of the core quality of Physical Education and Health in the Course Standard of Physical Education and Health(2022 Edition).Although outward-bound training has been introduced into China from abroad for many years,and has been widely carried out in social enterprise training and college courses,it has not been fully introduced into the physical education curriculum in middle schools.Through the research and analysis of the application practice of outward-bound training in school sports,this paper explores the feasibility and practical path of fully offering outward-bound training in the physical education curriculum in middle schools,hoping to provide some theoretical reference and help for related staff.
