Research on AR Application Technology for Large Volume Pipeline Installation and Construction

摘要 AR可视化技术能让施工人员提前了解到安装过程中需要注意的交叉作业事项及安全注意事项,能最高效率地做好前期材料及工器具准备、定位、支架及管道加工等工作,能极大提高管线安装工程的施工效率。本文以某超高层大型公共建筑大体量管线安装工程为例,重点研究了AR技术在管线施工中的应用,希望可以为同类工程施工单位提供借鉴经验。 AR visualization technology can let the construction personnel know in advance the cross work matters and safety precautions that need to be paid attention to during the installation process,and can do the preparation of materials and working instruments,positioning,bracket and pipeline processing in the highest efficiency,which can greatly improve the construction efficiency of pipeline installation project.This paper focuses on the application of AR technology in pipeline construction,taking a large volume pipeline installation project of a super high-rise public building as an example,and hopes to provide reference experience for construction units of similar projects.
