近几年,随着我国火力发电的迅速发展,煤炭产品的质量验收日益受到广大火电企业的重视。一般的验收过程包括采样、制样和化验,采样是整个过程中最关键的部分。是否取得典型煤样,事关全批煤炭的验收,直接影响到买方和卖方的经济利益。随着我国煤矿技术水平的不断提高,煤矿生产中采用机械化采样设备取代手工采样,从而克服了手工采样带来的误差。基于此,本文就煤炭机械化采制样装置的应用及改进展开详细分析。

In recent years,with the rapid development of thermal power generation in China,the quality acceptance of coal products has been paid more and more attention by thermal power enterprises.The general acceptance process includes sampling,sample preparation and testing,and sampling is the most critical part of the whole process.Whether a typical coal sample is obtained or not is related to the acceptance of the whole batch of coal,and directly affects the economic interests of buyers and sellers.With the continuous improvement of China's coal mine technology level,mechanized sampling equipment is used instead of manual sampling in coal mine production,thus overcoming the error caused by manual sampling.Based on this,this paper makes a detailed analysis on the application and improvement of coal mechanized sampling device.
