关于精细化工农药产业灭火救援调研分析

Investigation and Analysis on Fire Fighting and Rescue in Fine Chemical Pesticide Industry

农药生产作为精细化工生产的一个重要组成,具有精细化工和石化产业的特点及危险性,两种产业的特点与危险性都有共性,农药生产过程中涉及有毒、易燃、易爆等风险,一旦发生火灾事故,灾情和风险相互影响,对灭火救援处置要求较高。通过对农药企业的调研与分析,总结归纳农药生产企业主要风险点,为此类灾害事故救援提供一些技术支撑。

As an important component of fine chemical production,pesticide production,it has the characteristics and risks of fine chemical industry and petrochemical industry,the characteristics and risks of both industries exist similarities,the pesticide production process involves toxic,flammable,explosive and other risks,in case of fire accident,the disaster situation and risk affect each other,the requirements for fire fighting and rescue are high.Through investigation and analysis of pesticide enterprises,the main risk points of pesticide production enterprises are summarized,provide some technical support for such disaster accident rescue.
