民办高校作为我国高等教育中的重要组成部分,至今已具有相当规模,民办高校的毕业生在面对就业的严峻形势和就业体制的改革时,会因各种因素影响他们的正常就业。民办高校要坚持以立德树人为根本,坚持党委统一领导,做到全员参与全程育人,帮助和引导学生进行积极调适,把“三全育人”模式落到实处,提升就业质量。

As an important part of China's higher education,private colleges and universities have a considerable scale up to now.Some graduates of private colleges and universities,will affect their normal employment due to various factors when facing the severe employment situation and the reform of the employment system.Private colleges and universities should adhere to the fundamental principle of establishing morality and cultivating people,adhere to the unified leadership of the Party committee,participate in the whole process of educating people,help and guide students to make active adjustments,implement the"three aspected education"model,and improve the quality of employment.
