本文对安康市图书馆社会化运营模式进行研究,分析存在的问题,据此提出公共图书馆社会化运营对策建议:建立健全配套政策法规、创新社会资本参与方式、推动资源有机融合、建立监督评估机制、完善人才激励机制等。

This paper studies the socialized operation mode of Ankang City Library,analyzes the existing problems,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the socialized operation of public libraries,including establishing and perfecting supporting policies and regulations,innovating the participation mode of social capital,promoting the organic integration of resources,establishing supervision and evaluation mechanism,improving the talent incentive mechanism,etc.
