小白链霉菌H3分批发酵产ε-聚赖氨酸动力学的构建

摘要 为预测和控制小白链霉菌H3发酵产ε-聚赖氨酸的过程,对菌株H3分批发酵过程中的菌体量、ε-聚赖氨酸含量和还原糖含量进行动态检测,并对各参数进行发酵动力学模型进行构建。结果表明,分别使用Logistic方程、Luedeking-Piret方程和Luedeking-Piret-Like方程对发酵过程中菌体生长、ε-聚赖氨酸生成和还原糖消耗进行拟合,3个模型的显著性水平都为0.0001,相关系数R^(2)都在0.9以上,表明得到的拟合模型能预测和描述发酵过程中各参数的变化情况。 In order to predict and control the process ofε-poly-L-lysine production by Strepto-myces albulus H3,with dynamic detection of bacterial volume,ε-poly-L-lysine content and re-ducing sugar content during batch fermentation of strain H3,and the fermentation kinetic model of each parameter was constructed.The results showed that the Logistic equation,Luedeking-Piret e-quation and Luedeking-Piret-Like equation were used to evaluate the growthε-poly-L-lysine production and reducing sugar consumption were fitted.The significance level of the three models was 0.0001,and the correlation coefficient R^(2) was above 0.9,indicating that the fitted model could predict and describe the changes of various parameters in the fermentation process.
