地质文化村规划编制探讨

On the Compilation of the Geo-Culture Villages Planning

当前乡村振兴背景下,如何避免“千村一面”已成为主要议题。近年来,将地质遗迹资源与乡村文化有机结合,规划建设具有旅游地学特色的地质文化村,已成为乡村建设的重要发展方向之一。如何开展地质文化村建设,各类相关地学旅游资源的合理开发利用,成为亟需解决的难题。因此,急需制定和出台关于“地质文化村规划编制”的工作方案。从地质文化村的规划编制角度入手,分析了规划范围、编制内容、技术标准、实施保障和人才队伍五方面的现存问题,据此提出了地质文化村规划的目标定位、编制原则和编制策略,以期为“地质文化村规划编制”的制定和出台提供借鉴依据。

With the development process of the rural revitalization strategy,the paths to avoiding"thousands of villages with same features"has became the popular topic.In recent years,the re-sources integration of the geological heritages and rural culture to build the geo-cultural villages with geo-tourism perspective is one of the most important option in the process of the rural con-struction planning.How to carry out the construction of geo-cultural village and how to sufficiently plan and utilize the geo-tourism resources have became urgent problems to be solved.Therefore,it is particularly urgent to formulate and issue the work plan of"geo-cultural village planning".From the perspective of the planning and preparation of geo-cultural village,the research puts forward the existing problems from five aspects:planning scope,preparation contents,technical standards and implementation guarantee and talent team.On the basis of prosoing the planning orientation and compilation principle of geo-cultural village,the corresponding compilation strategies are put for-word for the above problems,in order to have guiding significance for the planning and compilation of geo-cultural village in the future.
