勘察设计施工一体化项目安全风险评价研究 被引量:1

摘要 针对勘察设计施工一体化项目安全风险程度高及管理难度大等问题,以甘肃省兰州市某勘察设计施工一体化建筑工程项目为例,从勘察阶段、设计阶段和施工阶段3个方面筛选了场地自然环境等12个安全风险指标因素,构建了项目安全风险评价指标体系,基于层次分析法开展了项目安全风险评价。结果表明:1)层次分析法能够有效地用于勘察设计施工一体化项目安全风险评价;2)施工阶段对勘察设计施工一体化项目安全风险影响程度最大,施工机械使用、勘察设备使用和设计参数选择3个安全风险指标因素是影响该项目安全风险管理的主控因素。 Aiming at the problems such as high degree of safety risk and difficulty of management of an integrated survey,design and construction project,taking an integrated survey,design and con-struction project in Lanzhou,Gansu Province as an example,12 safety risk index factors such as site natural environment were screened from three aspects of the survey stage,design stage and construc-tion stage to establish a safety risk evaluation index system.The project safety risk is evaluated based on analytic hierarchy process.The results showed that:1)Analytic hierarchy process(AHP)could be used effectively to evaluate the safety risk of integrated project of survey,design and con-struction;2)The construction stage had the greatest impact on the safety risk of the integrated sur-vey,design and construction project.The use of construction machinery,the use of survey equip ment and the selection of design parameters were the main control factors affecting the safety risk management of the project.
