基于AHP的赣鄱历史园林价值评价体系构建研究

Research on Construction of Value Evaluation System of GanPo Historical Gardens Based on AHP

在专家征询的基础上,采用层次分析法(AHP)比较确定赣鄱历史园林准则层与因子层各指标层次重要性,再建立判断矩阵进行一致性检验,得到各层级指标权重,从而建立赣鄱历史园林价值评价指标体系。结果显示,准则层权重从高到低依次为:历史价值(0.3264)>艺术价值(0.2952)>社会价值(0.1564)>科学价值(0.1043)>生态价值(0.0711)>经济价值(0.0466)。根据综合权重可知,最能体现赣鄱历史园林价值的指标因子分别为:园林的稀缺性(0.1113)、园林的原真性(0.0899)、园林空间组合的多样性(0.0881)、蕴含园林意境或园林主题(0.0873)、造景手法的多样性(0.0677)。因此,赣鄱历史园林的保护应在“历史与艺术价值”不被破坏的基础上,适度挖掘其“社会与科学价值”适当发挥其“生态与经济价值”。

On the basis of expert consultation,the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)was used to compare and determine the importance of each index level of criterion layer and factor layer,and then the judgment matrix was established for consistency test to obtain the index weight of each level of the value of Ganpo historical garden,thus establishing the value evaluation index system of Ganpo historical garden.The results showed that the weights of the criteria layers from high to low were as follows:historical value(0.3264)>artistic value(0.2952)>social value(0.1564)>scientific value(0.1043)>ecological value(0.0711)>economic value(0.0466).According to the comprehensive weight,the index factors that can best reflect the value of Ganpo historical gardens are respectively:the scarcity of gardens(0.1113),the authenticity of gardens(0.0899),the diversity of garden space combination(0.0881),contains the diversity of garden artistic conception or garden theme(0.0873),diversity of landscape techniques(0.0677).Therefore,the protection of Ganpo historical gardens should be based on the"historical and artistic value"which is not destroyed,moderately excavating its"Social and Scientific Value"and properly playing its"ecological and economic value".
