摘要
试验旨在研究黄鳝幼鳝对鱼粉、蚯蚓粉、豆粕及大豆磷脂的磷表观消化率,为开发绿色健康幼鳝配合饲料提供理论依据。试验饲料以Y2O3为外源指示剂,用“70%基础饲料+30%待测饲料原料”的方法配制。试验分为5组,每组4个重复,每个重复放养均重为(13.01±0.01)g的黄鳝40尾,共800尾。饲喂1周后,用虹吸法收集粪便待测。试验进行30 d。结果表明:4种饲料原料的干物质表观消化率在45.64%~85.65%(大豆磷脂>鱼粉>蚯蚓粉>豆粕,P<0.05)。4种饲料原料的磷表观消化率在13.73%~76.33%(大豆磷脂>蚯蚓粉>鱼粉>豆粕),其中大豆磷脂的磷表观消化率与蚯蚓粉差异不显著(P>0.05),但二者均显著高于鱼粉和豆粕(P<0.05)。豆粕的磷表观消化率显著低于其他原料(P<0.05)。综上,大豆磷脂、蚯蚓粉能作为黄鳝的优质饲料磷源,而豆粕在饲料中添加过多可能造成磷不足。
The purpose of this experiment was to study the apparent phosphorus digestibility of juvenile rice field eel to fish meal,earthworm meal,soybean meal and soybean lecithin,and to provide a theoreti⁃cal basis for the development of green and healthy formula diet for juvenile rice field eel.The experimen⁃tal feed was prepared with Y2O3 as exogenous indicator by the method of"70%basic feed+30%feed raw material to be tested".The experiment was divided into 5 groups with 4 replicates in each group.The average weight of 40 eels in each replicate was(13.01±0.01)g,and a total of 800 eels.After feeding for 1 week,collecting feces by siphon method to be tested.The test was carried out for 30 days.The ap⁃parent digestibility of dry matter of the four diet ingredients ranges from 45.64%to 85.65%.From large to small,soybean lecithin,fish meal,earthworm meal and soybean meal were in order(P<0.05).The ap⁃parent digestibility of phosphorus of the four diet ingredients ranged from 13.73%to 76.33%.The appar⁃ent phosphorus digestibility of soybean lecithin was not significantly different from that of earthworm meal(P>0.05),but both were significantly higher than that of fish meal and soybean meal(P<0.05).The apparent phosphorus digestibility of soybean meal was significantly lower than that of other ingredients(P<0.05).In summary,soybean lecithin and earthworm meal can be used as high quality phosphorus sources in the feed of rice field eel,but excessive addition of soybean meal in the feed may cause in⁃sufficient phosphorus.
