摘要
开发应用非常规饲料和地源饲料,是行业内当前研究和实践的一个热点。重庆市城口县地源性饲料丰富,城口老腊肉是“巴味渝珍”区域性品牌,城口山地鸡养殖已成规模,农户秉承城口中华蜜蜂养殖传统,畜牧业生态特点明显。文章调研分析了城口县农作物和森林作物种植中所伴生的饲用资源情况,以期为我国西南地区山地现代畜牧业的发展提供参考。
It is a hot spot of current research and practice in animal husbandry and feed industry by de⁃veloping and utilizing unconventional feed and eco-feedstuffs(locally sourced feed).Eco-feedstuffs are rich in Chengkou County."Chengkou honored bacon"is a famous regional brand in Sichuan and Chongq⁃ing region."Chengkou Mountain Chicken"has reached a moderate breeding scale."Chengkou Apis cera⁃na cerana"farming is a traditional agricultural work.Chengkou County has obvious ecological characteris⁃tics of animal husbandry.This paper investigates and analyzes the feed resources associated with the planting of crops and forest crops in Chengkou County,which can provide a reference for the develop⁃ment of modern animal husbandry in the mountain areas of southwest China.
