甘肃一地两“庄浪”之名探析

An Analysis of Two“Zhuanglangs”in Gansu Province

“庄浪”一词来源于藏语,为野牛沟之意。明朝建立后,黄河以南陕西布政司以府州县管理,设有庄浪州,后降为庄浪县;黄河以北陕西行都司以卫所制度管理,设立庄浪卫,故而形成了甘肃一地两“庄浪”。河西庄浪,清朝废卫设县后改称“平番县”,解放后又改为“永登县”,河东庄浪县名则保留至今。

The term“Zhuanglang”comes from Tibetan and means“Buffalo Valley”.After the establishment of Ming Dynasty.to the south of the Yellow River,the Shaanxi Goverment Secretari was managed under the state county system,At first,it was called Zhuanglang Prefecture,which was later renamed Zhuanglang County;To the north of the Yellow River,Shaanxi Auxillary Government established Zhuanglang Defence Unit under the management of the defence system,resulting in the fact that there are two places in Gansu with the same name.Zhuanglang County in the west of Yellow River was renamed Pingfan County after the Qing Dynasty abolished the defence system and established a county that was called Yongdeng County after liberation.The name of Zhuanglang County in the east of Yellow River has been preserved until today.
