摘要
针对某型航空发动机电缆插头尾夹装配工艺缺陷导致的断线故障,基于故障机理分析,开展电缆插头尾夹装配工艺改进研究,针对性制订了装配工艺改进方法,并通过抗拉对比试验、振动对比试验和有限元仿真分析对工艺改进前后样件进行了试验验证和仿真验证。验证结果表明,改进后的安装工艺,通过提高夹装辅材弹性模量,增大插头导线对外部振动能量的阻尼强度,可有效削弱插头内部导线对外部振动、拉扯的影响,对降低该型航空发动机电缆断线故障概率具有显著作用。采用的分析思路、试验方法和有关结论,可用于相似结构的电缆插头断线故障的机理分析和故障控制方法制订。
The paper made a research on improving the assemble process of the cable plug tail clip based on fault mechanism analysis to solve the wire break fault caused by assembly process defects in the tail clamp of a certain type of aero-engine cable plug.It developed a targeted assemble process improvement method and through tensile comparison test,vibration comparison test,and finite element simulation analysis,conducted experimental verification and simulation verification on the samples before and after the process improvement.The verification results indicate that the optimized installation process method can effectively weaken the impact of external vibration and pulling on the internal wires of the plug by increasing the elastic modulus of the clamping auxiliary materials and increasing the damping strength of the external vibration energy of the plug wire.It has a significant effect on reducing wire break faults in this type of aero-engine.The analysis ideas,experimental methods,and relevant conclusions adopted can be used for the mechanism analysis and fault control method formulation of similar structure cable plug disconnection faults.
