摘要
某型飞机油滤壳体在高低压试验过程中发生渗漏。针对渗漏问题采用无损检测方法开展油滤壳体普查,选取典型裂纹件进行宏观及体视分析、微观及能谱分析、金相组织分析和硬度测试,结果表明,该检测方法能有效检出油滤壳体渗漏位置。漏油位置多发生于壳体加强筋及附近腹壁处,裂纹方向有周向或纵向,壳体漏油失效原因为疲劳,表面富氧α层的存在及加工过程中破坏表面完整性的痕迹是壳体开裂漏油的主要原因。
Leakage was found in the oil filter housing of a certain aircraft during high and low pressure experiments.To solve the problem of the leakage,non-destructive testing methods were used to conduct a general survey of the oil filter housing.Typical cracked parts were selected for macroscopic and structural analysis,microscopic and energy spectrum analysis,metallographic structure analysis,and hardness testing.The results showed that the penetration testing method can effectively detect the leakage location of the oil filter housing.The oil leakage location often occurs in the reinforcement ribs and nearby abdominal walls of the housing,and the crack direction is circumferential or longitudinal.The reason for the failure of the housing oil leakage is fatigue,and the presence of oxygen-richαlayer on the surface and the traces of surface integrity damage during processing are the main reasons for housing crack and oil leakage.
