跨学科视角下学前融合教育教师职业能力的结构模型与优化路径 被引量:1

The Structure Model and Optimization Path of Preschool Integrated Education Teachers’ Professional Competence from the Interdisciplinary Perspective

摘要 跨学科视角下学前融合教育教师职业能力具有丰富的内涵与价值。通过借鉴现有研究成果,采用德尔菲法对32位教师的访谈材料进行编码,从六个方面构建出学前融合教育教师职业能力结构模型。提出可通过加强学前融合教育教师对“跨学科教育”的理解与认同、建立学前跨学科合作机制、制定科学的学前融合教育教师能力标准等多种路径来优化和提升学前融合教育教师职业能力。 From the interdisciplinary perspective,the professional ability of preschool integrated education teachers has rich connotation and value.By using the existing research results for reference and using Delphi method to encode the interview materials of 32 teachers,this paper constructs a structure model of preschool integrated education teachers’professional ability from six aspects.It is proposed that the professional ability of preschool integrated education teachers can be optimized and improved by strengthening the understanding and recognition of preschool integrated education teachers on“interdisciplinary education”,establishing a mechanism for preschool interdisciplinary cooperation,and formulating a scientific standards for the abilities of preschool integrated education teachers.
