摘要 完善课程思政是民航业落实立德树人的举措和路径,结合课程思政的前期研究成果,按照习近平总书记提出的“四有好老师”的职业标准,梳理飞行地面理论教员在课程思政方面能力的不足之处。在爱国主义教育与“三全育人”相契合的时代背景下,从意识、素养、能力、情感四个方面探讨飞行地面理论教员能力提升的路径,让其当好飞行员地面理论培训的育人“大先生”。研究成果对与民航业安全相关的岗位培训具有借鉴意义。 Improving the ideological and political curriculum is a measure and path for the civil aviation industry to implement the policy of Morality Education.Combined with the preliminary research results of the curriculum,in accordance with the professional standard of“Four-Aspects–Excellent Teacher”proposed by General Secretary Xi Jinping,the paper sorts out the shortcomings of ground theory flight instructors in ideological and political aspects,and explores the path of ability improvement from the four aspects of awareness,literacy,ability and emotion of ground theory flight instructors in the context of the era when patriotic education is compatible with the“Three All-Round Education”.To be a good ground theory flight instructor,the research results are of reference significance in other safety-related job training in the civil aviation industry.
