高职“岗课赛证”融通的实践探索

Practical Exploration on the Integration of “Post, Course, Competition, and Certificate” Based on the Implementation of Higher Vocational Courses --Take “MCU Application and Practice” course as an example

新形势下,基于“1+X”等级技能证书,以“岗课赛证”融通为路径,深入分析高职“单片机应用与实践”课程“岗课赛证”的内涵,阐述了“岗课赛证”的融通特点及融通机制,以培养德技并修的创新型技术技能人才。三个阶段、九个环节的“单片机应用与实践”课程的教学实施,使课程三维教学目标达成度较高,有效提升了学生单片机综合应用能力,让学生的技能竞赛成绩优异,提升了学生的创新创业能力,增强了他们的就业竞争力,有效畅通了技术技能人才的成长渠道。

Under the new situation,based on the“1+X”level skill certificate,with the integration of“post,course,competition,and certificate”as the path,the paper gives an in-depth analysis of the connotation of“post,course,competition,and certificate”of the course“MCU Application and Practice”in higher vocational colleges,elaborates the integration characteristics and mechanism of“post,course,competition,and certificate”,in order to cultivate innovative technical and skilled talents with moral and technical skills.The teaching implementation of the course“MCU Application and Practice”in three stages and nine links makes the threedimensional teaching goals of the course reach a higher degree,effectively enhances the students’MCU comprehensive application ability,enables them to achieve excellent performance in skill competition,improves their innovation and entrepreneurship ability,strengthens their employment competitiveness,and effectively unblocks the growth channels of the technical and skilled talents.
