依托革命文化的定向军士社会主义核心价值观培育研究

Research on Cultivating Socialist Core Values of Directional Noncommissioned Officers by Relying on Revolutionary Culture

革命文化是中国共产党成立以来的一百年间逐渐发展起来的一种先进文化。通过研究革命文化与社会主义核心价值观的内涵、内在联系,在了解学校依托革命文化培育定向军士社会主义核心价值观的现状之后,开展“两改进”教育教学,打造“三结合”教育渠道,完善“三重”保障机制,可以充分发掘出革命文化资源中的精髓。对定向军士进行文化教育和理想信念教育,不仅能为思想政治教育提供理论支撑和实施依据,也能进一步促进定向军士人才培养质量的提高。

Revolutionary culture is an advanced culture that has gradually developed in the past 100 years since the founding of the Communist Party of China.By studying the connotation and internal relationship between revolutionary culture and socialist core values,after understanding the current situation of the school relying on revolutionary culture to cultivate socialist core values of directional noncommissioned officers,we can carry out“two improvements”education and teaching,create“three combinations”education channels,and improve the“three guarantees”mechanism,and this can fully explore the essence of revolutionary cultural resources and carry out cultural education and ideal and belief education for directional noncommissioned officers.It can not only provide theoretical support and implementation basis for ideological and political education,but also further promote the improvement of the quality of directional noncommissioned officers.
