Research on the Cultivation Path of International Cultural and Tourism Talents under the Background of New Liberal Arts

全球经济一体化及国际文旅市场发展对国际化文旅人才提出更高要求,我国新文科建设的提出为新时代文旅人才培养指明了新方向。结合新文科背景下文旅专业发展目标,分析国际化文旅人才培养面临的现实困境,融合国际化文旅人才培养理念,从人才培养方案、课程设置、教学文化、导师制度、资源共享等方面探索出“一个中心点,五个聚焦面”的人才培养路径,以期为国际化文旅人才培养提供参考借鉴。

Global economic integration and the development of the international cultural tourism market put forward higher requirements for international cultural tourism talents.The proposal for constructing new liberal arts in China points out a new direction for cultivating cultural tourism talents in the new era.In this context,combined with the development goals of the cultural tourism major under the background of new liberal arts,and the practical difficulties faced by the cultivation of international cultural tourism talents are pointed out.From the aspects of the talent training program,curriculum,teaching culture,tutor system,resource sharing,etc.,this paper integrates the concept of international cultural and tourism talent cultivation,and explores the talent training path of“one central point and five focused aspects”to provide a reference for the international cultural tourism talent training.
