减压转油线是位于减压炉与减压塔之间的管道,其设计的合理性、安全可靠性直接影响装置的平稳运行。笔者以常减压装置为例,根据设备平面布置情况,并结合CAESARII软件应力分析,优化配管布置。

The rationality and safety reliability of its design directly affect the smooth operation of the device.The author takes the atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit as an example,according to the equipment layout,combined with CAESAR II software stress analysis,the piping layout is optimized.
