摘要
本文主要介绍了在硫磺回收装置中应用的透平鼓风机进出口蒸汽管线配管的优化方案。该优化方案除满足厂家对于管口的受力要求,同时也满足NEMA23的1.85倍校核要求,能够保证汽轮机的平稳运行。该配管方案具有简洁、管口应力小等优点,可作为类似机组的配管解决方案。
This article mainly introduces the optimization plan for the inlet and outlet steam pipeline piping of the turbine blower applied in the sulfur recovery unit.This optimization plan not only meets the force requirements of the manufacturer for the nozzle,but also meets the 1.85 times verification requirements of NEMA23,ensuring the smooth operation of the steam turbine.This piping solution has the advantages of simplicity and low nozzle stress,and can be used as a piping solution for similar units.
