摘要
“研学共同体”是集团园教职工的岗位研修制度,不同园所的同一个岗位集结在一起,通过线上或线下互动交流、合作分享的形式,开展研究和学习活动,实现互促共进、合作共赢,以提升教职工的专业能力和工作实效。集团园沿着“联合—整合—融合”的发展路径,开启构建教职工岗位研学共同体过程中的实践之路,力求使园际间实现资源共享、优势互补,促进幼儿园保教质量和社会声誉的全面提升。
“Research and learning community”is the post research and training system of kindergarten teachers and staff.The same post of different kindergartens is gathered together to carry out research and learning activities through online or offline interaction,cooperation and sharing,so as to achieve mutual promotion and win-win cooperation,so as to improve the professional ability and work effectiveness of teachers and staff.Along the development path of“union-integration-integration”,the group kindergarten opens the practical road in the process of building the faculty post research community,and strives to realize the sharing of resources and complementary advantages among the parks,and promotes the comprehensive improvement of the quality of kindergarten education and social reputation.
