全人教育理念下的高等职业院校人才培养模式 被引量:1

摘要 当前高等职业院校人才培养过程中存在着人才培养的内涵式变革特征有待凸显、课程设置的整合性和关联性有待加强、人才培养评价的狭窄化和片面化有待改善等问题。以全人教育理念为切入点,分析高等职业院校人才培养困境,探讨建立基于全人教育理念的高等职业院校人才培养模式,通过明确人才培养的“全人”价值取向,构建专业学习、自然人文素养和职业生涯规划教育相互融渗的课程体系,建构以专业能力提升和可持续发展为标准的多元评价体系的实施路径,着力增强育人实效,以培育适应社会需要的高素质技术技能型人才。 There are some problems in the training of professional talents in higher vocational colleges,including highlighting the characteristics of connotation change,strengthening the integration and relevance of curriculum and improvement of the narrow and one-sided evaluation of talent training.Taking the holistic education as the starting point,this paper analyzes the dilemma of talent training in higher vocational colleges and discusses the establishment of talent training mode based on holistic education.Clarifying the“whole person”value orientation of talent training.Building a curriculum system that integrates professional learning,humanistic quality and career education.Constructing a diversified evaluation system based on the promotion of professional ability and sustainable development.The above is all the implementation paths to strengthen the effectiveness of education to cultivate high-quality technical and skilled talents to meet the needs of society.
