中小学校内部治理问题分析及改进策略--基于42所学校发展性评估实践

摘要 在推进教育治理过程中,学校教育治理体系和治理能力现代化建设特别重要。在对宁波市某区42所学校年度发展性评估的相关数据和评估报告的梳理基础上,分析当前中小学校内部管理和治理的现状,剖析学校战略管理、制度执行、课程与教学管理、师资管理和文化管理等方面存在的问题,并提出凝练先进的办学理念、建立完善的规划制度、建设富有特色的课程体系、形成激励性的教师发展通道和构建持续发展的育人机制等改进策略。 In the process of promoting education governance,the modernization of school education governance system and governance capacity is particularly important.On the basis of combing the relevant data and evaluation reports of the annual development evaluation of 42 schools in the district of Ningbo City,the current situation of internal management and governance of primary and secondary schools was analyzed,and the existing problems in strategic management,system implementation,curriculum and teaching management,teacher management and cultural management of schools were analyzed.It also puts forward some improvement strategies,such as concise and advanced school-running idea,perfect planning system,characteristic curriculum system,encouraging teacher development channel and sustainable education mechanism.
