新时代中小学党建工作是中小学教育工作的重要组成部分,也是引领学校全面发展的重要环节,具有十分重要的意义。当前,我国中小学党建工作面临着学校党建工作体系建设不够完备、教师应对党建工作准备不足以及党员教师参与党建工作积极性不够等困境。基于此,中小学党建工作要建立和健全学校党建工作体系,协同学校党建工作与师德师风建设,发挥学校党员教师的模范带头作用,助力学校培养德智体美劳全面发展的社会主义建设者和接班人。

The party building work in primary and secondary schools in the new era is an important component of primary and secondary education work,and also an important link in leading the development of schools for all,with great significance.At present,the party building work in primary and secondary schools in China is facing difficulties such as incomplete construction of the school party building work system,insufficient preparation of teachers for party building work,and insufficient active participation of party members and teachers in party building work.Based on this,the party building work in primary and secondary schools should establish and improve the school party building work system,coordinate the school party building work and the construction of teachers’morality and style,give play to the exemplary leadership role of school party members and teachers,and help the school to cultivate socialist builders and successors with all-round development of morality,intelligence,physique,beauty and labor.
