氟乐灵对氮循环的影响以及微生物降解研究进展

摘要 氟乐灵是农业生产中普遍使用的一种二硝基苯胺类芽前除草剂,因其具有众多优点而广泛应用于农业生产中,由于其在土壤中不易挥发和移动,容易对农田造成难以降解的污染。微生物降解已经成为降解氟乐灵的重要途径。文章论述氟乐灵对土壤中微生物和氮循环的影响以及目前国内外对氟乐灵降解菌株的筛选、降解菌株的降解代谢途径、影响降解菌降解效率的原因等研究,为筛选降解氟乐灵残留降解性能显著的降解菌株提供理论依据。 Trifluralin is a kind of dinitrophenylamine pre-bud herbicide widely used in agricultural production.It is widely used in agricultural production because of its many advantages.Because it is difficult to volatilize and move in the soil,it is easy to cause undegradable pollution to farmland.Microbial degradation has become an important way to degrade trifluralin.In this paper,the effects of trifluralin on microorganisms and nitrogen cycle in soil,the screening of trifluralin-degrading strains at home and abroad,the degradation metabolic pathways of trifluralin-degrading strains,and the reasons affecting the degradation efficiency of trifluralin-degrading strains were discussed,so as to provide theoretical basis for the screening of trifluralin-degrading strains with outstanding degradation performance.
