四种拟除虫菊酯类杀虫剂对枸杞棉蚜的 田间防效分析

摘要 为筛选对枸杞棉蚜具有较好防效的拟除虫菊酯类杀虫剂,本文选取了4种杀虫剂,分别设置高、中、低三个不同剂量,用喷雾法进行了田间试验。结果表明:药后7 d,4种供试杀虫剂的低剂量处理、5%S-氰戊菊酯水乳剂的中剂量处理(3M)与对照药剂50%噻虫嗪水分散粒剂对枸杞棉蚜的防效不存在显著差异,4种杀虫剂的中、高剂量处理(3M除外)的防效显著高于对照噻虫嗪,而与对照高效氯氰菊酯无明显差异。其中,2.5%高效氯氟氰菊酯乳油高剂量对枸杞棉蚜的防治效果最好,为96.37%,5%S-氰戊菊酯水乳剂高剂量的防效次之,为93.37%,而其他2种杀虫剂的中、高剂量防效也在82.52%-86.09%,其防治效果也不逊色。在生产中防治枸杞棉蚜,推荐使用4种拟除虫菊酯类杀虫剂的中、高剂量,且与其它种类农药轮换使用。 In order to screen pyrethroid insecticides that can effectively control Aphis gossypii,four pyrethroids were used in this experiment,each insecticide was set at three concentrations:high,medium and low,and this field experiment was carried out by the spray method.The results showed that,after 7 days of treatment,there was no significant difference in the control effect of the low dose treatments of the four tested insecticides,the medium dose treatment of 5%S-fenvalerate water emulsion(3M),and the control agent 50%thiacloprid water dispersible granules on Aphis gossypii.The control effect of the medium and high dose treatments of the four insecticides(except 3M)was significantly higher than that of the control thiacloprid,but there was no significant difference with the control Beta cypermethrin.Among them,the high-dose treatment of 2.5%Beta-cypermethrin emulsifiable concentrate(EC)had the best control effect on aphids,at 96.37%,followed by the high-dose treatment of 5%S-fenvalerate water emulsion(WE),at 93.37%.In addition,the medium and high dose control effects of the other two insecticides were also 82.52%-86.09%,and their control effect was not inferior.It is recommended to use medium to high doses of four pyrethroid insecticides for the prevention and control of aphids in production,and rotate with other types of pesticides.
