摘要
利用SDS-PAGE技术分别对15个洛旱系列以及11个洛麦系列小麦品种的HMW-GS组成进行鉴定.结果表明,HMW-GS共出现了10种亚基组合,其中洛旱系列小麦育种材料的HMW-GS平均得分为6.9,洛麦系列小麦育种材料的HMW-GS平均得分为7.9,26个小麦品种的平均得分为7.3.利用A-PAGE技术分别对15个洛旱系列以及11个洛麦系列小麦品种的醇溶蛋白和1BL/1RS易位系及其分布进行分析.结果表明,醇溶蛋白的多样性较高,26个小麦品种易位系频率为50%,其中洛旱系列易位系频率为46.7%,洛麦系列易位系频率为54.5%.因此洛阳农科院选育的洛旱和洛麦系列小麦遗传多样性较高,1BL/1RS易位系占比较高,洛麦系列小麦品质较好.
This research identified the HMW-GS composition of 15 Luohan wheat varieties and 11 Luomai wheat varieties by SDS-PAGE.The results show that there are 10 subunit combinations in HMW-GS,among which the average scores of HMW-GS in Luohan and Luomai wheat breeding materials were 6.9 and 7.9 respectively.The average score of 26 wheat varieties is 7.3.This research also analyzed the gliadin and 1BL/1RS translocation lines and their distribution of 15 Luohan wheat varieties and 11 Luomai wheat varieties by A-PAGE.The results show that the diversity of gliadin is high,and the frequency of translocation lines of 26 wheat varieties is 50%,among which the frequency of Luohan varieties translocation lines is 46.7%,and the frequency of Luomai varieties translocation lines is 54.5%.Therefore,the genetic diversity of Luohan and Luomai wheat varieties bred by Luoyang Academy of Agricultural Sciences is high,and the proportion of 1BL/1RS translocation lines is relatively high.This research proves that the quality of Luomai wheat varieties is better.
