Research on Cooperative Governance Model of Municipal Engineering Road Excavation Based on SFIC Theory

以协同治理理论结合深圳市占道挖掘管理的成功经验为例,建立SFIC理论的建设工程道路挖掘协同治理框架。同时,构建基于SFIC的建设工程全过程道路挖掘协同治理综合模型,通过协同引擎和协同行为深入分析工程建设全过程道路挖掘协同过程,探讨数字化背景下建设工程道路挖掘协同管理体系,为优化城市工程建设过程中道路挖掘管理提供新思路。

Applying collaborative governance theory plus Shenzhen's triumphant road excavation administration experience as instances,this essay establishes an SFIC-based collaborative governance framework for construction project road excavation.Simultaneously,it constructs an SFIC-based comprehensive model for whole-process collaborative governance of construction project road excavation.Through extensive analysis of whole-process collaborative procedures for construction project road excavation with collaborative mechanism and collaborative behavior,it probes into the digitally-oriented collaborative management system for construction project road excavation,aiming to proffer novel insights into optimizing road excavation management during urban construction project procedures.
