摘要
建筑项目中的成本管理工作需要贯穿整个建设过程,否则难以起到应有的效果。基于此,文章通过分析建筑项目决策与设计阶段成本管理的必要性,明确实际落实过程中存在的问题,针对性地制定解决方案,以期帮助建设单位解决现有难题,强化现有的管理体系,为未来行业发展和社会进步保驾护航。
Construction cost administration must pervade the whole architectural progression,elsewise it struggles to fulfill requisite influence.Thereupon,this article examines the essentiality of cost governance during decision making and design phases for building ventures,illuminates complications eventuating during substantive execution,and formulates intent solutions to assist architectural bureaus in resolving liaison troubles,intensifying extant regulation systems,and safeguarding prospective trade growth plus societal improvement.
