Corrosion Analysis and Protection under Insulation Layer of Coastal Power Plant

滨海燃气电厂地处高温高湿环境,设备启停频繁,管道设备保温层下腐蚀问题严重。本研究论述了滨海燃气电厂中管道设备常用碳钢和不锈钢保温层下腐蚀机理和影响因素,从保温工艺结构、保温材料选材和防护涂层体系等角度讨论了保温层下腐蚀防护措施。

The coastal gas-power plant is located in a high temperature and humidity environment,wherein the facitlites are frequently started up and shut down,and the corrosion under insulation layer of pipeline equipment is serious.This paper discusses the corrosion mechanism and influential factors of carbon steel and stainless steel under insulation layer commonly used for pipeline equipment in coastal gas-power plants.The corrosion protection measures under the insulation layer are discussed from the perspectives of insulation process structure,insulation material selection and protective coating system.
