一种适用于140℃、20%盐酸体系的酸化缓蚀剂的制备及性能研究

摘要 以实验室自主研制的SH120-3酸化缓蚀剂为基础配方,考察自制的氯乙酸钠改性咪唑啉季铵盐、氯化苄改性咪唑啉季铵盐及亚磷酸二甲酯改性咪唑啉季铵盐3种季铵盐与SH120-3是否存在协同效应,并确定最佳复配比例。在此基础之上,为了进一步提高缓蚀效率,采用添加一定比例丁炔二醇的方式,研制出一款适用于140℃、20%盐酸体系的酸化缓蚀剂。 Based on the self-prepared SH120-3 acidizing corrosion inhibitor,the synergistic effect of three quaternary ammonium salts including sodium chloroacetate modified imidazoline quaternary ammonium salt,benzyl chloride modified imidazoline quaternary ammonium salt and dimethyl phosphite modified imidazoline quaternary ammonium salt is investigated.The optimal mass ratio of the quaternary ammonium salt is determined.In order to further improve the corrosion inhibition efficiency,an acidizing corrosion inhibitor suitable for 140℃and 20%hydrochloric acid system is prepared by adding a certain proportion of butynediol.
