摘要
材料类实验室以涉及化学实验的实验室居多,必须全员覆盖开展实验风险评估培训。探索采用微课教学模式开展实验风险评估培训,通过1个进入实验室前须知学习视频、3个风险管理微课程和1个学习效果评测,构建“1+3+1”模式的实验风险评估线上培训课程,给学生提供不受时空限制、可以反复学习的培训,有助于提高学习效果,有效保障了培训效果和质量。
Risk assessment application training is for all students who are involved in conducting risk assessments for their laboratory activities in chemical laboratories.Therefore,an online"1+3+1"training course in the form of micro class teaching is proposed in this paper.The online training course includes one learning video for instructions before entering the laboratory,three micro courses on risk management and one examination stage.It provides students with training that is not limited by time and space,and can be watched repeatedly to help deepen their impression,thus effectively ensure the effect and quality of training.
