以能力生成为导向的军队院校专业课程混合式教学模式探索与实践

摘要 如何有效利用互联网和军队内网的海量教学资源,采用混合式教学模式提升军队院校专业课程教学质量成为一个迫切需要解决的问题。提出一种以能力生成为导向的混合式教学模式,按照知识和技能两个层次细化课程教学内容,通过课堂引导教学强化知识链接,利用知识地图组织在线学习网络资源,线下装备实践训练与形成性考核强化知识与技能综合运用能力。实践证明,这种教学模式有效利用各类教学资源,高效发挥课堂教学的引导作用,有效提升了课程教学质量。 How to make good use of education resources on internet and military network,it is key to apply blended teaching to improve the teaching quality of professional courses in military academy.The construction of teaching mode for focusing on student ability development is proposed in this paper.Course content is optimized in knowledge and skills perspective.The international connection between knowledge points is reinforced in the class.According to curriculum knowledge map,on-line study is organized by using network resource.Equipment practical training and the reformed process assessment are applied to strengthened student's comprehensive application ability.Practice has proved that course teaching quality is improved evidently by the proposed teaching mode,which benefits from making most of online education resources and strengthening class guiding function.
