海上桥梁施工大型构件运输安装安全专项风险评估 ——以宁波舟山港某公路工程海上桥梁项目为例

Special Risk Assessment for Transportation and Installation Safety of Large Components in Offshore Bridge Construction:Taking the Maritime Bridge Project of a Highway Project in Zhoushan Port,Ningbo as an Example

海上桥梁大型构件运输安装安全管理是海上桥梁建设中的重要环节,对于确保建设安全和质量具有至关重要的作用。本文以宁波舟山港某公路工程海上桥梁大型构件运输安装工程为例,探讨了该工程的专项风险评估、安全风险控制措施等,并以此为基础指导了工程的安全作业。研究结果表明:海上桥梁大型构件运输安装安全管理对于确保海上桥梁建设的安全和质量至关重要。开展专项风险评估、基于风险源普查结果、利用LEC法开展施工风险判别与评测,并基于评测结果制订积极采取完备的安全风险控制措施和安全管理措施,可以有效地为海上桥梁施工中大型构件运输安装提供安全保障。

The safety management of transportation and installation of large components of offshore bridges is an important link in the construction of offshore bridges,which plays a crucial role in ensuring construction safety and quality.This paper takes the transportation and installation project of large components of a highway project at Zhoushan Port in Ningbo as an example to explore the special risk assessment and safety risk control measures of the project.and based on this,guides the safety operation of the project.The research results indicate that the safety management of transportation and installation of large components of offshore bridges is crucial for ensuring the safety and quality of offshore bridge construction.Carrying out the special risk assessment,based on the general survey results of risk source,using the LEC method to carry out construction risk identification and assessment,and based on the assessment results,formulating and actively taking complete safety risk control measures and safety management measures,can effectively provide safety assurance for the transportation and installation of large components in offshore bridge construction.
