摘要 多年来,交通噪声污染与固废污染始终是城市发展的两大问题,如何控制噪声、减少固废排放,是改善城市生态环境急需解决的重要问题。在交通噪声治理方案中,声屏障是主要的噪声治理措施。而利用固废资源制备新型声屏障对于提高资源利用率、减少固体废弃物排放具有重要意义。在上海金山区某改建高速噪声治理项目中试验实施了167m的3D打印声屏障,该声屏障采用高标号的硫酸盐水泥和粉碎化处理循环利用的工业废钢渣为原材,汲取国内外成熟的工艺控制经验,性能检测符合现有标准。3D打印出来的声屏障在打印方式、屏体造型和构造柱设计方面有多项创新实践,获得了建设单位的充分认可。项目如期完成后通过噪声频谱分析仪实地噪声监测,实际测量插入损失达到8分贝,隔声效果满足设计目标,在改建高速公路声屏障运用中具有推广价值。 For many years,traffic noise pollution and solid waste pollution have always been two major issues in urban development.How to control noise and reduce solid waste emissions is an important issue that urgently needs to be solved to improve the urban ecological environment.In the traffic noise control plan,sound barriers are the main noise control measures.The use of solid waste resources to prepare new sound barriers is of great significance for improving resource utilization and reducing solid waste emissions.A 167m 3D printing sound barrier was tested and implemented in a high-speed noise control project in Jinshan District,Shanghai.The sound barrier uses high-grade sulfate cement and industrial waste steel slag recycled through crushing treatment as raw materials,drawing on mature process control experience both domestically and internationally.The performance test meets existing standards.The 3D printed sound barrier has multiple innovative practices in printing methods,wall design,and structural column design,and has been fully recognized by the construction company.After the completion of the project as scheduled,the insertion loss actually measured on the site reached 8 dB through the on-site noise monitoring by the noise spectrum analyzer,and the sound insulation effect met the design goal,which has promotional value in the application of reconstruction highway sound barriers.
